useless, won't accept any form of payment I try edit: I've now had it accept payment methods at times! Unfortunately, it usually doesn't find any stores (the stores do exist and are open) and won't let you simply select the same Caffe Nero you've ordered from previously. So it's usually still unusable and highly frustrating. Why have an app if it's going to be this bad?

Needs some work. I tried to use the app this morning to make a purchase, found my credit card was expired without the ability to update it until I removed the old card. I guess the app doesn't check the expiration date or the code when checking for duplicates! Finally figured out how to remove the card. Tried adding the new card, and now I'm locked out from doing that because I tried too many times previously. Caffe Nero loses my business for today at least! Fix the app please.

Very disappointed to discover completely out of the blue that when you use the meerkat discount (25%) you do not get a stamp when buying a drink. Apparently it was a bug they have fixed despite years of it working no problem. I doubt I will be buying drinks there again.

App lost access to gift cards. this is my main use of this app. I don't use the credit card feture but do gather points and get a student discount. It was solid until some back end change that caused this bug. I can get them back temporarily if I uninstall the app, login and go straight to them but it doesn't last long. the ticket I raised about this issue was closed before I said it was sorted however I'm sure that they are swamped with bug reports.

tried to link gift voucher! Vanished. says its been used. awaiting reply from email to customer services. supplied information they requested. Edit. This was eventually resolved by email and the gift voucher showed on my App. So I tried to use it recently and the voucher has disappeared! It was valid for a year supposedly!

Not bad app, quite clear with decent design although for some reason I'm receiving US vouchers when I'm based in the UK (so they are unusable to me). Can't see anywhere to check/change a location setting in the app. 🤷🏻♀️
