Love this game! The HOP games, plot, decorating, all well done and fun! Problem is when you reach higher levels the game freezes while opening. I've tried different devices & it works fine on the lower levels but once you get over level 400 then it freezes everytime, doesn't matter the device or if you restart your phone or settings, it freezes on the doors opening everytime. I've put a lot of time in & it's so disappointing. Update: Can get it to open if I toggle wifi on and off while opening!!

My progress has been completely reset with the new story line. Yes my account is linked. The new obscure levels are awful. The new story is weird. I'm more upset about losing 6 years of progress than that. I like the ad options. I miss the 2x and 3x offering stars. Now it's coins. A lot of changes since I last played but still giving 3 stars because I absolutely love this game and always come back to it.

I actually really enjoy this game. It has challenging rooms and changes things up pretty often. The backstory is interesting as well. Unfortunately, I have progressed to day 32 but have been unable to move forward. My task list has been "coming soon" for over 2 weeks and I can no longer progress in the game. I have submitted multiple reports via the in game trouble center to no avail. I love the game but am frustrated that I am unable to continue.

The game is great and can be quite addictive. I would have given 5 stars but because all quirks have not been worked out. I have had a few issues with freezing up and shutting down. The customer service/help desk has been less than helpful. I sent 3 seperate requests for assistance and they have all gone unanswered. Finally I got fed up and uninstalled to reinstall. Unfortunately in doing so I had to start from day one. :(

This used to be my favorite game. I played several times a day. With these latest updates, that has changed. I HATE the changes. The energy refilled a couple times a day. Now it's once a day. New levels are nearly impossible to beat so there's no fun, just frustration. The collections can't be completed. There is one piece per collection that is never found. Developers take note, you're about to lose another devotee. I'll give it 1 update. If things aren't changed, I'm deleting .

I love the game not the issues that keep coming with it. I had the 24 unlimited issue again not getting all my time. That was given back but when I activated it, it disappeared never used. And the game set me back 4 months. I lost 4 months worth of hard work. I reported the issue and asked to replace my stars so I can replace my work. The person just keeps asking questions and I keep giving them the info screen shots and all. No help.
