Downgrade from 5-Star to 1-Star: It's supposed to be a BANKING app, not a license to advertise to me with incessant pop-ups, most of which I can't read because they are in the Vietnamese language. I should be able to turn off all advertisements and only allow notifications about my banking activity. Also, the Agribank Plus account solicitation is DANGEROUS because it creates an account number using your phone number. why would I want to create an account number that includes my phone number???

This app always have some sort of problem whenever I need it, when I need to pay for something quickly it would stuck in a loading screen, horrible experience.

I do facepay failed once and I can't do any transactions now. Mobile topup transactions always fail and transferring always said need to register for biometric while I already did that. Or it's just the bank issue?

I feel really disappointed with this app. I went to Agribank office to request for Internet banking service this morning, and I installed this app after that. I expected that I could transfer money to another bank, but not: The system had error continuously, from 9:30 up to now. I can't transfer money. It's terrible!!! It is not unexpected to say the services are extremely bad although the fees are very high!

System is constantly under maintenance and at the most inconvenient times. Just now I can't even open the thing to make a payment or transfer the rest of my money out of this pathetic excuse of an app. I've had the most embarrasing experiences with this application and its constant errors. 1/10 no one has ever recommended.
