one of the worst app. They asked me a lot of permission just for logging in. Staffs asked me to use this app to create order, couldn't choose any option needed, the solution was the staff would again edit it.. then what is the the purpose of using this app to begin with, taking our data?

app is ok but service not good. oversize package is difficult they make many excuses not to receive over size package, from lying that customer is not at home or package not in box though it is fully well packed in box with enhancement.

Customer service is terrible. I created a shipping order for my goods, and the shipper never came to pick up the package. When I call the shipper, I get a response: "Huh? Who are you?" Simply ignorant about the pickup. Then I ask the Customer Support, they said they called me 3 times, but when i checked my call log there was none. I cancelled the shipment order and move to Shopee Express, which is fast. Such lies and ignorance should not be tolerated in such a big company. How rude and arrogant!

the shipping fee caculated on app is not match with the fee that delivery man asking to pay. Customer Center is not supportive to solve this problem. No recommend to use Viettelpost anymore.

Yesterday, we booked a parcel to be sent from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City. Unfortunately, the customer requested a change to the sender's name and phone number to facilitate easier delivery in Saigon. Since then, we have repeatedly contacted Viettel Post via phone and text message. However, they have consistently denied our request to modify the sender's information. Furthermore, we have also asked them to return the parcel to us so we could cancel it. Yet, they have refused, insisting that we mus

Tried to book a shipment & parcel pickup. THE APP GAVE ONLY 1 evening OPTION for pickup. The pickup guy came 2 hours early (in the afternoon), called from a different number THE APP had INFORMED. & that pickup guy was so rude asking who the heck would come to pick up after 6:30pm? The app developer should give him the answer! then I reported the incident. The case was immediately closed with a note BOLDLY saying 'closed so that it would not impact the performance of the branch' 😳😳
