Similar to others, I strongly advise against using Viagogo. I should have taken the reviews more seriously—this platform is a scam. The so-called “instant download” tickets are anything but instant. They take your money and then leave you waiting until the last minute. In my case, they initially sent tickets for a completely different stand than what I had booked for an IPL game. After reporting the issue, I had to follow up multiple times, and still not certain if I will get the tickets

Horrible! Buyer be ware! I really wished I had checked the reviews before purchasing. My daughter's first Metallica concert, I purchased the tickets almost a year in advance and they still managed to screw me. The only way they could have put us farther from the concert is to put us in the parking lot. Mean while, no discount! And I purchased tickets way closer! Scammers! Rip off bs artist from the UK with a call center in the states.

Stole my money and refuses to send payment for a sale. I sold a ticket on August 9th, waited 8 business days before contacting them, escalated and was told to wait another 8 business days for payment and contacted them again. The second time I reached out they said they had already escalated the payment processing request and there was nothing more they could do to process the payment. This company will steal your money. Don't use to sell tickets.

I'm deeply disappointed with them, I bought some tickets for a concert many months before and when the date finally came I wasn't able to download them, and couldn't attend the concert, Viagogo never responded and I ordered a refund which they declined. At first I thought they were great but after this I totally changed my mind, I recommend to not buy any tickets with them.

Utilize Viagogo at your own risk. I purchased concert tickets to see the Eagles at the Sphere in Las Vegas and accepted the tickets the same day. The day of the concert, the tickets were nowhere to be found. I contacted Viagogo and spoke with several customer service representatives who all stated the tickets were in my Ticketmaster account, which they were not. I contacted Ticketmaster who checked my account and verified the tickets were never transferred there.

they shouldnt get stars to be honest. they lrave you stranded until last minute offer you tickets for different sections. hard to get your money back if you actually get. i havrnt received a refund and i spent like 250 dlls. save your money. take it serious.
