The UI has many issues. For example, it displays your balance for every transaction on the screen, so if you want to show someone proof you paid them, you're showing them the amount of money you have. If you click "Share", it will hide the balance, but only for a second. Very annoying. Please just don't show the balance in transactions. There no need for it there. I already see my balance on the dashboard. Also, I have to retry most transactions due to errors, sometimes multiple times.

tap to pay is disgustingly unreliable. it loads for about 30 seconds to one minute, then prompts an error. when you also try to view your SOA, it does the same thing. loads for a long time then error pops up. what the hell is this app and who even programmed this? this app feels like it was made in the 80s or something.

Absolutely useless. Everything. There's a problem with the terms and conditions when continuing an application, when on a browser it's missing a button either in mobile or desktop view which won't let me finish a step no matter what, and now my new ref code won't work on the app but is accepted on a browser which again, is going to have a button missing either way. Trash UI on ALL fronts I'm glad I'm only banking with you due to obligation from my company.

This is frustrating! I'm unable to process any transaction using the app. It keeps on saying "something went wrong." I've tried to transfer to my account in another bank, my other account in UB, my GCash account and still saying the same thing. I tried buying load and it also said the same thing. I already uninstalled and installed the app but still unable to make any transaction. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

Creating a ticket is a chore. Uninstalled/ installed the app as instructed and is still unable to create a ticket. It's impossible to reach them by phone while overseas. No reply to emails for almost 2 weeks now. Unreliable customer service.. UPDATE: One of the worst customer service experience I've had. I cancelled my credit card with them.

App has stopped sending OTPs so I can't access my money, they are still sending endless marketing messages though. Opened a support request through the app as suggested on the website and they closed it immediately without helping. Can't open another request because I keep getting an error. Worst app and customer service ever.
