Application is not opening at all even after reinstalling it will open once and then not open again!!!???????!!!! The question is what wrong with your application?! And the more important question, when will you fix it?! It's been more than 2 months and not only me, everyone has the same problem

As a foreigner staying for a year in Istanbul, this app is too buggy, i ended up losing money on it, does not properly verify user, the customer service never respond to questions, the app must be installed on a powerful phone (no half whipped quick phones of you are a foreigner, you are out of luck, because your proper phone will stop working after six months, and paycell won't accommodate you). İn addition to the endless dead ends and bugs

Every time I try to do something the app will give me that my card is Not eligible to perform the operation!! After I filled all required informations and I used it once successfully to charge my (istanbul kart) via paycell card it's stopped working, and even in the stores it's declining no matter how you will try 😑!!

This card and it's application is not reliable at all. I lost 720 TL , and two times I charged my Istanbul card but it did not charged. Never use this card and it's application. Their app asked for 1 TL for verifying, which I sent but did not verified. In general, when you send money to this card, is by change to receive it. Watch out!!!!

I used the app for few years. But since a few months I am not able to transfer money from my bank card. The card is visible and added using 3D secure. This worked fine last year. There is also no way to contact support. It is useless.

Installed this app. On app opening, asks for the cell number. I enter my Turkcell phone number, get an sms, enter the code. Then it says that my account is frozen, but I never opened Paycell account before. It asks me to update account password by sending a confirmation email to the address that I never entered and which I don't recognize. Somehow my cell phone number was used to register on Paycell, and it very much seems like a scam for me. Please help changing the email on record.
