The deals look great but are not promising at all. I got the app based on recommendation and first thing is it's extremely slow. Further more, if you find a deal, plan on 3x that price because this is all false advertising. I've even tried options that would give the lowest price advertised and I don't know where they're making theses prices up because the most basic options don't give the price the advertised. Too good to be true unfortunartely.

LOVE Travelzoo! You can count on them to find the best deals and they are reputable! If you find a screamin' deal on this site, they have done their research and you can trust their partners. I've been to Italy through them and soon China! Can't wait to go many more places. Great App and easy to navigate with all important details outlined right there for you.

The app wasn't that great in the first place because it was so slow and glitchy and the prices were hardly ever accurate anyway and now we have to pay for a membership to even us the app??? Count us out. My group of friends and I who travel won't be using Travelzoo anymore. We all decided to uninstall.

This app is so buggy!!! Every time I want to use it I have to uninstall it and reinstall it and then after using it one time after it's installed, it will close the app anytime I try to sign in so I have to uninstall/reinstall it again. Given that I paid the annual membership fee, it's very frustrating for this app to not work. It used to be so good and easy!

Beware of the new "buy now save later, fully refundable" offer. The fine print includes a statement that it's only refundable if cancelled before the expiration date. Our plans were cancelled at the last minute due to covid and we couldn't use the voucher by the expiration date. Customer service refused to refund it and tried to explain to me how great it was that I could still use the base value instead 🙄

Was hoping to have an app that I could customize for me... put my Origin city.... desired Destinations and have the app find options for me. Basically the app had none of that. I'm not in Toronto....I want deals from my city... or even province.
