I am very disappointed with Traveloka’s service. I made a mistake in my flight booking and realised it immediately after payment, but the app did not allow me to contact customer service for immediate help. The system automatically switched my travel route from Singapore → Taipei to Taipei → Singapore, and despite trying to amend it right away, there was no option to correct or reverse it. I was told I cannot make any changes or refunds, even though the flight date is still several days away.

Don't book through this app unless you're 100% sure you will never need a refund. My husband's passport was damaged so we legally couldn't board our international flight. We tried to call but they redirected us to a useless AI chatbot in their app. It took some time to find the button to talk to an actual human. Even after these hurdles, Traveloka refused a full refund for this legitimate emergency. Zero empathy, predatory policies, designed to frustrate customers into accepting losses.

Apps that are easy to use for customers who are using it for the first time, for example I experienced a problem and made a mistake in filling in flight ticket information, I contacted customer service via chat only, the officer's name was Jessi, very very calm, she tried her best to help me solve this problem. and everything was solved easily when I gave the correct information.

I selected English as the language, but the app still displays content in Thai. As a foreigner, it's difficult to understand important details—especially the terms and conditions of promotions. I lost points due to unclear information, and Traveloka refused to take responsibility. Additionally, customer service showed no empathy or willingness to help. Because of this poor experience, I’ve uninstalled the app and will not be using it again.

​I missed my flight from Bali to Jakarta because of a six-hour traffic jam caused by severe weather. ​Despite calling ahead, customer service called it a "personal issue" offered no help and 10% refund. this was the worst service I have ever received. ​Be careful when booking with this company, especially for flights from locations unpredictable weather.

Convenience Fee = Rp 7.500, Service Fee = Rp 6.000, then another Fee with different words but the purpose is the same: "to deducting more money from customer!" why? in this case, train ticket. I'm starting to think that you monopoly the online market by making crash/down the app of KAI Access, since I'm unable to order from it again - but from your app is very easy BUT TAKES A LOT OF MONEY more than the price of ticket itself. again, why?
