The interface is super user-friendly, the prices are competitive, and the variety of options available makes planning trips so much easier. What truly stood out, though, was the customer service. Terrible service. Ultra mega slow response in every platform. Check in experience? Very Bad. Urgent matters? No response. They say we have to pay more if we're late more then 30 minutes to check on, but I waited 120 min to check in, we get nothing. Only bad services throughout our stay. Live chat slow response and no solutions. They give us CS numbers, busy all the way!!! No more travelio!

Variety choices to find the best one. Staff for showing the unit were informative, easy booking and payment process. So happy to get this apartment unit, it's spacious and nice. The only thing I'm concerned about is that the room wasn't clean enough because roomboy wasn't detailed in cleaning. Some parts or facilities were broken or missing, but luckily through customer service live chat handled by CS ALDI everything was taking care properly and he is helpful. Thanks travelio, thanks CS Aldi.

Overall, the service provided by Travelio has been good. Complaints are responded promptly, and the customer service team is helpful and professional. Special thanks to CS Sabda and Hafis , who assisted quickly and efficiently when there was a report of unit damage. However, there is still room for improvement in terms of the accuracy and completeness of information provided by customer service. I appreciate the responsiveness and overall experience.

Terribe service at its best. Roomboy forgot to give electricity card resulting in a black out. I had to wait 5 hours (yes, that long) until they arrived just to give me the card (can't top up the bill without it). I can't do anything can't call the roomboy or anything like that. what they do is just saying the "we'll check" "please wait" "the team is on their way". what is so difficult in sending someone to my unit?? I think the staffs are lazy and maybe underpaid too. Imagine the disrespect.

slow response customer service, a lot of problems, miscommunication everywhere, always got relocated without the clear reasons, problem with their internet since I came until more than 3 days no solution no compensation, got blackout in the middle of the night because of the electric and slow response, wow. 3-4 hours of waiting for reply and they ask me to solve it by myself. I don't need ur points for the compensation, give me the better useful compensation because of all my bad experiences.
