I love Palmpay, their transaction is always smooth and fast. But I have 2 issues. 1) I noticed I don't receive notifications anymore since I updated the app about a week ago. 2) I always have issue with subscribing start time pay TV. Sometimes the transaction will be successful but I won't be able to view. When it first happened last year, I was refunded after 24hrs, it happens 2days ago again and I didn't get any refund and my TV didn't show as well.

Why should you guys allow a transfer to go to another Palmpay account that doesn't exist! Are you guys trying to defraud your customers or what? I have done many transactions using Palmpay and it is always fast, but if you are trying to send money to another account that uses a phone number like theirs they automatically put Palmpay there and if you mistakenly forget to check and adjust before sending the money, they will send it to the Palmpay account that doesn't even exist!. adjust this.

It's so crazy when trying to reach their customer care via their own app and the worst of all they keep your number 24 hours where you want to make purchase of airtime or data which is misleading most time making you spend more if you want to buy for others you might had end up buying to you number instead that makes the app useless. Sending money too when you are about to finalize your transaction they would expose all you've got in your account which makes it more usless

Palmpay is a good bank. I mistakenly made a transfer to a wrong account. went to a Court, and got a court order, which was very stressful, send it to the bank about 4 weeks now, the bank is still checking the court order. I think the response time is too long. please review your processes and continue doing well. Good. I called the customer service daily for help, and they keep making promises but the problem remained unresolved for over 3 weeks. You are better than this. Correct this please

More work has to be done. I enjoy the wild variety of services they offer and it's a good place to start your banking experience and poverty elevation. But the app in itself needs to be worked on It's a bit shaking and I don't respond sometimes. In all I think it has the best interest rate on savings and that's a plus,so I'll rate it a 4 and a half
