ANDROID & IOS CUSTOMER REVIEWS
★★★★ “This is where I get 95% of my clothes from. Not Your Daughter Jean’s, Splendid, Lululemon Athletica, they have a great selection of high end brands for such a great deal.” – Alexandra S.
★★★★ “The ease of using this app was mindblowing! I set the filters to the category, sizes, styles, and even sale percentages! And up pops whatever matches what I chose!” – Adell H.

Initially impressed at the selection and prices, that all went out the window when I got my order. One pair of pants had been labeled my size on the app, but when I got them, they weren't even close to my size! Despite this being their mistake, I still had to pay the restocking fee and the options to return are atrocious. I opted for the site credit figuring I could find something else, but now can't even get close to just spending the credit amount.

Ordered 4 items (a purse & 3 pairs of Ugg boots). 2 days later I got an email saying one of the pair of boots was canceled, no biggie, I still had 2 more coming. I received the purse, but I got no additional emails about my 2 remaining pair of boots, so I went into the app & see the other 2 were also canceled, no notification sent. I see this is a problem from other reviews. How is it that so many items get canceled when supposedly they are protected in our cart for several min. Disappointed

Sometimes they do have nice items. But I'm not selling my items with them anymore. Inspection is poorly organized. My brand new items with tags they mark as "very good" while I'm ordering items in excellent or new with tag conditions and getting something heavily used with holes. Customer service is unhelpful and rude, not all but some of them very unprofessional.

I used to use this app a lot back in 2021-2022 and just haven't used them much after that. When coming back after a few years, I noticed the quality and clothing choices have changed, (there used to be so many prettier clothing back when I used this app) and the prices are insane for secondhand clothes. Especially with Torrid brands, you might as well walk into a Torrid store and buy something at the same price (I shop at Torrid stores often). Unfortunately, I'll be uninstalling this app.

I love Thredup and the fact that you can use after pay. I've gotten amazing clothes and shoes. Sometimes there's that typical damp, thrifty clothing smell, but after a wash they're good. The app even shows how they measure the garments so you can measure yourself for fit. I wish when you typed in the search bar it didn't automatically change it to a brand name. I.E. if you type "jewelry" it automatically changes it to "Jewel"

I used to really like the app, but they're hardly worth spending money on anymore. it can be really great when you're looking for something specific. The search engine is very detailed. Clothes can be well filtered so that you can find exactly what you're looking for; except maternity, which could be better. Prices have gone up to the point of unreasonable imo, and in my past 2 orders, items I purchased were "canceled" refunded, and removed from my cart. which I've found to be very frustrating.
