Very bad experience. Almost every day I am using it and every day it is showing less amount when I booked the cab and when I reached my destination it showed almost 5 to 10 riyals more. Drivers are taking long routes purposely and they are taking routes where lots of signals or traffic is there. I have experienced these everyday. Taxif is simply making people fool by showing less amounts by booking the cab

1st time and last time to use this Taxi Apps. We have waited for almost 15 minutes and when he reached the location he passed by us with a passenger in his taxi with totally ignoring us and then cancelling the booking. Worst experience & I suggest never to try this Apps.

When booking taxi every time showing less amount after reaching destination drivers adding 50% more of original price. No customer service too much fraud. Even 5 minutes ride they're charging 50 percent extra of original price I have proof. Your drivers want free road if there is liitle traffic they say too much traffic deleting this app now👎👎👎👎

One of the worst experiences with this taxi app. My first ride was shown as 19.5 QR before booking, but after reaching the destination the driver asked for 29.5 QR. The same trip costs only around 17 QR in Uber. On top of that, there is no proper customer helpline like Uber to raise complaints or get support. Totally misleading and unfair pricing. I’m deleting this app — never using it again.

i book and pay gor comfort car category, but mostly i get economy cars category with very bad conditions. in this application they don't care about client experience or quality they just collect money.
