Drivers repeatedly go to the wrong pickup location and give up -- the app goes from "driver on the way" to showing me a receipt for a nonexistent ride. App needs the ability to let me call or otherwise contact the driver. App also appears to show drivers the wrong pickup location. Being able to see where the cab is is useful, but I'm switching back to calling a dispatcher.

App works fairly well. My only complaint is that it doesn't appear to have the option of adding multiple stops. I needed to swing by one location for a quick second and then continue on to another. I attempted to add the additional stop but couldn't find the option. When I asked the driver how I could continue with my ride he said I'd have to rebook, as he already had a rider in queue. No problem except when booking another trip my new driver was 19 minutes away. But overall a nice app.

Was able to quickly call a cab in an area where ride-sharing doesn't cover, but the rest of the experience was awful. The destination and pick-up info was reversed and my requirement for payment type got lost. In an already stressful situation, the extra trouble hardly helped. Recommend if you're in a tough spot, but use other methods if you have options.

what a waste of time, trying to book a local firm and was told to put in a six digit code for them, the app has nowhere to put the code. the maps are not accurate, can even click my pickup point and it puts in a different address

Didn't work for me. I tried to book a trip in advance but it waited until the designated time to find a driver. Icon just kept spinning. Gave up in the end and booked a taxi the old fashioned way.

Part of the drivers are not professional. One of them didn't know the location so went another way. And then he charged me the whole trip without even compensating for his mistake. Totally unaccessptable and unfortunately there is no way of reporting in the app or ratibg the trip. Because these drivers knew they will get away with it without anyone to know what happened. 8 advice addition of a feature to rate the driver and the trip
