Garbage app. Interface is trash, you pay more fees than the product itself in some instances, they take more than half your profit in other instances as well, make dumb promotions like half off seller fees and further ruining the market. Miss the old days where you only paid for shipping. Yeah, you heard that right. You only used to pay just for shipping if you were in the US. Trash app. Looking at the graphs is the only useful thing on here.

I think Stock X itself is great, and their authentication is definitely on point, I only have one issue and that's been the shipping. My purchases have always taken extremely long to ship, way more than anywhere else. Sellers just sit on the item I purchased, and when they finally do ship, it takes weeks to get to stock x and to my front door. And the whole time shipping gives you zero updates and almost no information. Besides that, they're great!

This company is run azz backwards! They say the product yours. Then 10 days later, they tell you. We don't have what you purchased. Or if you try and buy to many things at once. They flag your account. Saying they need to I'm verify your account. When they send you through a verification process before you can purchase. I didn't have to take any different steps to verify it was really me. But complain about my account being flagged. Which made no goddamn sense.

The App is fine, the company not so much. I first sent the wrong sneakers being new to this and they were actually great at first. They said they would return the sneakers at their cost and provided a tracking number. After two weeks went by without any sneakers showing up I checked the tracking number and they had not even given the shoes to the shipper. I checked in with them and after a few more days went by, they said they were not going to send back my sneakers and pay me in 1-3 days. There was no explanation at all. So now it has been 4 days without being paid. I contact support again only to be told they are looking into if. The support team can't even contact fulfillment directly and they have to use email as well. So Stockx went from First to Worst. As if this writing, I am still waiting for both my payment and an explanation.

App is trash and customer service is worse. App was malfunctioning. I made them aware after one of my sales were canceled. I was never notified that a product had been sold. Same thing happens again but the app doesn't tell me it sold until 10pm of the last day it was supposed to be shipped. I inform them of the issue. I let them know to cancel the order because it's too late to ship it and also to delete my account. They refuse and charge me a penalty. Then proceeded to charge me again today.

Its wild how great the app is until theres an issue. Worst customer service I've ever had. A purchase was made without my consent, and to rectify that, they banned my entire account. I then made another one but there were issues, so after 15 emails they finally fixed it. Even now, I cant log in unless I go on the website rather than using the app. Not only that, but I purchased shoes and they were missing items. Long story short, save yourself some stress/time, use the website.
