About this app
IDBI Go Mobile+ Application is used for doing Financial Transactions through UPI as well as other Payment modes like NEFT, IMPS etc. Moreover the App uses SMS sent functionality to verify Customer Mobile Number registered with Bank as well as device binding and SIM binding for Security purposes and as per UPI and RBI guidelines.
Activation of IDBI Bank Go Mobile+ App couldn’t be easier and takes only a few minutes. Simply download the Application, just like you would have installed any other android app from Google Play™ Store. You can then instantly activate the Mobile Banking App (one-time activity) and set your personalized MPIN by authenticating your Debit Card or Internet Banking credentials. On successful authentication, you can immediately start transacting on your accounts.
Before activating the Mobile Banking App, please ensure that you have registered for the mobile banking channel. If not, you can do so at the ATM or through your Internet Banking account or by submitting a channel registration form at the nearest Branch.
You can view the account statements on the go at your convenience, even while at work or commuting. Checking the balance in your account, managing and scheduling utility bill payments, adding a top-up in your prepaid mobile phone or DTH account, paying VISA credit card bills, or instantly transferring money from one bank account to another through IMPS is now possible at the click of just a few buttons on your phone.
Banking through the IDBI Bank GO Mobile+ App is not only very simple and convenient but also saves your time or a visit to the Bank branch. You will also receive an SMS alert whenever a transaction is initiated in your account through any digital banking channel like ATM, Point of Sale (POS), Internet or Mobile Banking.
The IDBI Bank GO Mobile+ App allows you to personalize your banking experience with a host of user friendly features and services;
• Personalize with a Selfie picture or choose a favorite image from your mobile gallery.
• Select your wall paper theme initially with seasons and with more options coming soon.
• Enhanced the User experience with your accounts displayed in a card deck style which can be swiped or expanded.
• Financial Calculators to help you take informed investment decisions.
• Control your Debit Card by setting your own ATM and PoS transaction limit, switching your Debit card transactions On or Off and much more.
• Set International or Domestic usage on your card or instantly Block card if misplaced or lost.

This new updated version of the app is very complicated. Since I have updated it, I am unable to log in. My keyboard stops working as soon as I open this app. Twice or thrice, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and restarted the phone, but the problem persists. I can't access my account as I cannot log in to the app.

I have been using this app for 1 year without any issue. Since 2 week ago, i cannot open the app, it ask me to get ithe app from Google Play, the link took me to Google Play with 2 option 'uninstall/open'. And it goes in a never ending loop. Open-get the app from Google play- open- get the app from Google Play .... Again, today on 08/Oct/2025, this app blocked me due to unrecognised version.

I can undoubtedly say that this is the worst app made by any bank in the whole world. It stops working all of a sudden for no particular reason and asks to update whereas there is no update available in the store. Unreliable. Can lead to embarrassing situations in real life if dependent on it (like how I am right now and it stopped working for me again).

The app suddenly stopped working. It shows msg that the access is temporarily blocked due to unrecognized version. It asked to clear cache and storage for Google play store and services. Did so but no difference. Restarted mobile but no change. Uninstalled and reinstalled from Play Store but still same error.

APP is showing pin error,time out ,not able to proceed...,............ but no body is caring for it.A simple transaction is taking 2 to 10 or 15 tries to make payment.IDBI management is doing nothing but sleeping. App is dead since four months. Contacted branch many time and also helpline but no solution. Iwant to rate this app ZERO star but there is no option less than one. 😭😭😭😭😭

Tons of services interface loaded within the app. However, it failed to work on fourth gen networks. Simple work like IMPS fails to add payee multiple times by simply giving you reply "Unable to do this process. Try again later, " leaves you wonder and frustrated
