for duplicate products I can't put reviews ( even the ones I purchased) when I tried to put the issue with the order and submit something went wrong pops up. and to make it even better your contact customer service is even more horrible. can't remove the recently viewed items and the worst part is if you clicked on any item by mistake or through the app notification it'll be put into your recently viewed and suggestions will be there on the basis of it. need lots of improvement

Snapdeal's service is really bad, they accept the order and then cancel it. It seems like they're not taking customer satisfaction seriously. I've heard they've got a lot of issues with order cancellations, which is super frustrating for customers. No quality products, its just like street items, they dont selling quality items, anyone can become seller and sell cheap products, no any restrictions, sellers selling cheap and duplicate product, displaying orginal product pics on website and sending duplicate ones, no use of customers support services, not taking any action on sellers who cheats by sending duplicate and different products, I received duplicate products which looks same as orignal but it's not, just customers are being fooled.

Worst customer support I have ever received my order keeps getting delayed and I have tried raising a query on app a 100 times but I faced error again and again there is no option for calling customer care, only a whatsapp number in which you talk to a bot, there is just no way you can contact a real human on this app

I think this is the worst platform because They take orders by showing products at low prices and then cancel them after a week. And I did not like this behavior at all. If someone needs something in an emergency, then do not purchase their products at all because their products get rejected on time.
