Despite having a relativity's modern phone, the Recipt scanning doesn't seem to be working and seems to be the least if their interests. This app, as well as many, seems to focus on tracking the end user's shopping habits via GPS. It will be a cold day in hell before I let most apps track me. That is OK, I got four other apps on here that actually does work and does what this app is supposed to do. What? You thought you were exclusive on my device? Think again!

Having the exact same problem as another user. I cannot cash out for PayPal. I click the send button, it grays out, I get texted a verification code with no idea where to even input, then nothing. I've contacted them several times and got the same answers. Change my goal and change back, then try again. Absolutely nothing helps. Already tried reinstalling app. And this hasn't been the only problem. I'm getting timed out when uploading receipts, telling me no one kicks were found.

First time using the app, right after a shopping trip. First receipt, I get an "invalid date" error (what do you mean, it's literally from today). Second, I start getting a "looks like you have a network error" message (my network is working just fine everywhere else, so...) and cannot do anything else. It's not a good first impression and honestly gives scammy vibes. Will update if I find the app to be reliable at a later date, but as of now, I would not recommend it to anyone.

I accumulated enough kicks for a reward by going to multiple stores to scan items,watch videos,take quizzes and even purchased items for sale on the app however when I tried to redeem my kicks for a reward, the app says there is a issue and I need to contact customer support. well I did that and first they said they fixed it but then when I informed them that they did not, they then said that they are pretty confident that I should wait 24 hours and then it might work. ?????? ridiculous. SC

Easy to use and no waiting for rewards. Love it. now after posting how I love it my app no longer works. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and now it will not open or if I get to start says I'm not near any store and will not let me order on line or even get to the on line section. now it says it has a bug. so very disappointed, especially when I have points i could cash. PLEASE FIX!!!

I do like it however, I have used it in the past & I would say stop lowering the kicks/points to like only 500-700 Kicks/Points to scan after so long. It doesn't make it worth our time to get in the car & go to the store however long that takes just to find out They don't even have half the kicks/points to scan to begin with, so you waste all that time searching for items to scan they're either out of or simply don't carry. So you don't end up even getting half the total kicks available.
