I hope you consider at least offering app setting's option to not show Shopee videos every time a user logs in. It has ruined my great experience with the app. And by the way, most of the videos shown were not even selling products, but rather for entertainment, many were copied from content creators without rights, many others were short videos from movies or tv series. I did not enter the app to boost a quick dopamine or support copyright infringement. Please kindly consider it. Thank you.

UX/UI is very good. it is easy to find the goods and have suggestions to explore for choices or options. It's not complicated when I want to refund and have a very good responsibility. Only one thing that made me unhappy is that after I finished to spend a lot of time to find and add products to the cart on my PC, then if I need to use discount coupons, I have to pay only on the app on my mobile phone.

Shoppe company of sellers who lie constantly and sell duff products. It should be shut down, this app is not for customers it's for scammers. A couple of years later it's still the same, plus delivery's take on average 4 days plus. A plus, one particular customer service guy is awesome. He would get five stars easy.

Your app is slow and often stalls during browsing, such as claiming vouchers and selecting options in product listing. The back button via the main phone does not work and I have to press the one on the top left corner of the app when viewing details of a product. Just not professional and seriously needs an upgrade. Maybe your IT manager needs to be changed. Lazada has no such issues at all. I am using Shopee only because the discount is better.

On the positive side, you essentially killed Lazada by allowing us to use multiple coupons at once. Now for the negatives: First, you made the "Live & Video" the actual homepage instead of "Home," and it lowers my device volume, as well as the Shopee Choice promotional messages cannot be opted out, only mutable. The UI also enlarges itself at times but is fixed by reloading. So, I have since moved on to Taobao (only partially) but still gave 4 stars for Shopee's viability, at least in Thailand.

well when i was doing anything else shopee would instantly pop on my phone for no reason closing whatever i was doing and i have to do it all over when it pop in as advertisments it will instantly take you to play store and if you already have the app it takes you there and when i go back to the app i lose the advertisement reward and have to watch a second advertisement only to get one from shopee and watch two more times
