They used to be great at first, but now no free shipping at all, if the product is damaged or doesn't work at all they pretty much take 0 responsibility for it, neither shoppe nor the store you're buying from will give you back the money. The good thing about shoppe at least for me everything has arrived, the shipping process so far it's been good.

It's the best! No more Wish... my products never arrived and I didn't got any refounds but here all my products had arrived even before I expected! Great quality and client service. Maybe one suggestion is to improve search, there are some products that doesn't have a name that could be translated, and if you search it like that nothing would appear.

It use to be great when they had the free shipping option, but now I guess they got stingy. Also, to return a product it's such a hassle. Just because I pressed "received product" these guys don't want to help me with a refund. You have to request a refund before you confirm "received product." Its SO confusing. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Nice app, I really like it. I have had some problems with canceled orders but my money has been given back and the product that I have bought are of good quality for the price. The only problem is that once I pay an order with my card it won't let me use it again for days, so I have to use other payment methods which I don't like.

Prices are correct for what you select some way lower priced than what it is worth.
