The app is so laggy even when my internet speed is fine. When I open the app, it automatically plays video from the live & video menu. And if I clicked on another menu, the audio from the live & video menu is still playing in the background. It only stops when I remove the app completely from the recent apps. Edit: I have 150+ GB of free storage and 8GB RAM. This has nothing to do with my phone's storage.

Back button or back swipe does NOT WORK in this app! You have to force close the app for it to start working, but it will work only for a few minutes before stopping again. This bug has existed for a long time and Shopee is refusing to fix it. Not being able to go back out of different screens with a button/swipe makes the app MUCH more difficult to use. Edit: Always latest app, always same problem. Please fix your app! It's buggy!

My purchases above 100k are always canceled by the system due to indications of unusual activity, customer service is not helpful at all and seems to blame me for having multiple accounts and violating the terms of use of vouchers when I only have one and only use the vouchers available, this problem continues to occur and makes me think of switching shopping platforms. What a disappointment, both this app and the customer service. 👎

It is one of those surviving online marketplace in Indonesia. Although the arrangement of information on the screen is a bit messy but some shops boast lower price than its rival which is more important to me personally. The delivery system is also very detailed and messages are presented in a clear manner so that deliverer can understand too... Also important to me... Keep up the good work!

I keep using shopee because of reasonable price and inexpensive delivery fee, plus the SPayLater sometimes. I couldn't say shopee is one of the best online shopping company because it has no settings for "Do not auto play videos/live" on the feed page and this is crucial for some people who only want to see images before the auto-play video. like the heck people want to scroll and spend so much bandwidth for searching items??

VERY ANNOYING VIDEOS that are AUTO-PLAYING every time I open the app. Complaining to the support team IS JUST A WASTE OF TIME. Clearing cache, restart the app, even reinstall the app has been done. The issue is with the app and/or the service that automatically show a video/live without the user's permission. Please do not respond to a review when it's just "sorry to hear that", etc. A real solution is more appreciated than just a lip service.
