I've experienced issues logging into accounts after using this, many purchases are not tracked, and despite having cashback appear, there is no amount available to withdraw and no information I see about what is required to withdraw the minimum. I am expecting that process to be very disappointing and not worth the effort/investment. Also, it seems shopping through the app isnt saving money but costs more. I cannot make purchases with my usual payment methods either.

5 stars on the deals available. -5 stars for customer support. There is literally (yes literally) just 1 rep available for all of Australia by the looks of it as he's the only one that ever responds to support tickets. As a result, weeks if not months go by before you get a response, and if the issue isn't resolved in that response, you need to wait another few weeks. I used to use it in Southeast Asia and the support was much much better there. So just pray that your purchase is tracked

There can earn cash through games and surveys. However when your cashback doesn't track (which has happened to me three times in the six months I've been using the app) their 'support' essentially says 'tough luck nothing we can do about it'. I get better customer service from other apps that allow you to submit screenshots and take the time to look at the evidence and apologise and give you your reward in good faith. It also takes a while for cashback to be available, usually three months.

I use this app a lot. When it is working fine, it's good. When the cashback are not tracked or remain as tracked then it goes downhill. Because you cannot reach anyone and are stuck with their chat bot. They give you 30 days to file a report but some shops take 60 days to confirm. Which means you cannot file a report when the company doesn't confirm as promised as it's after 30 days. A very vendor focused app that doesn't care about its users. Disappointing

There must have been a recent change to the app, where my android can no longer access many online shops - despite troubleshooting. I get an error message every time. I raised it with the "ShopBack Customer Advocate Team", but they've been unable to resolve this issue despite multiple emails and all the information/proof I provided. They even asked me to "make a purchase" and send screenshots of the process - when the problem is, I can't access sites to make a purchase in the first place!!
