About this app

Yono Lite SBI is Mobile Banking Smart Phone application for SBI Customers in English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Bengali, Odia, Assamese, and Kashmiri languages.

Yono Lite is SBI’s retail internet banking-based application for your smartphones. A safe, convenient, and easy to use application with a host of features to help users manage your finances on the move.

Please complete the one-time registration process to start using the application.

New Registration process:

- A message will be shown on the screen regarding initiating an SMS to +917208871299 from the mobile device for validating user's mobile number. Users has to send this app generated encrypted SMS manually. Users have an option to retry sending SMS to an alternate number 8422833333.

- Click on ‘Proceed’ button and an SMS containing a unique code will be sent from the device to a predefined number. Kindly note that for sending SMS will incur standard SMS charges as per your telecom SMS plan.

- On registration screen, please enter Username and Password and click REGISTER button.

- Accept the Terms & Conditions for registration by selecting the check box and click ‘Ok’ button.

- An activation code will be sent to the registered mobile number. User has to complete the activation by inputting the Activation code in the app.

- User can now login to Yono Lite application.

Looks very amateurishly made. Have had more than my fair share of "server not available" messages. Navigation is only slightly better than the online portal, which is horrendous. Certain parts are overengineered to the max. Why do we need the app installed on the phone with the registered mobile number? What about managing parents accounts? What about NRE accounts? Certain parts are not engineered at all. The transfers are confusing as hell.

Very Worst!!!! unable to download for my device it shows as your device isn't compatible for this version. What the hell is this? So do you guys want every customer to purchase new phone for every 2 years? what kind of customer service is this Suggestion:Kindly consider this suggestion and expand the community! If you are updating the apps for security then you are already having two applications keep lite version for outdated phones like just minimal features like checking balance and stuffs.

I am writing to inform you that I have been experiencing a login issue for the past week. Every time I try to log in, I receive the following error message: "Login error. We are unable to process your request. Please try after some time with registered mobile number." I have ensured that I am using the correct registered mobile number and have also tried reinstalling the app and checking my internet connection. However, the issue still persists.

Still facing the same issue not user friendly, After app update, I can't login to my account. It shows "unable to process your request, please try again later"... But every time debit amount as SMS charge.. more than 5 time. I tried... still not able to login.

Some constructive feedback with intention of improving the app. 1. If balance is shown at every trans level in both mini statement & stmt for a specific period, it would be very helpful to users. 2. If we are joint a/c holder in another a/c & even if we got full access to that a/c, view/download stmt menu doesn't show the other a/cs (but they are shown in other menus) 3. Huge gap between the period shown in mini stmt & passbook. Needs to be improved a lot.

A big problem is occurring now for login to the application form my new Samsung galaxy A35 phone through PIN. At the time of logging in the only eight digits are appearing on the with two rows, instead of 10 digits ( from 0 to 9 ). Very few time I am getting my stipulated PIN digits from those eight digits appearing in the screen .Otherwise reopening the application several times after closing to get stipulated digits required for PIN login. please fix the issue.
