was about to have an account with them . and because I live abroad. there are no other no agencies nearby nor other options for me to open the account with this bank .I did struggle to get the app using VPN (wasn't accessible in my region ) and when I opened the app. can't even reach to scan my ID . and finish the process please give some good attention to your online services.

very very hard application to use when you enter a correct password and number the said confidential code is wrong what is that when you try again the same problem fix that please.

more than one month just to renew my e-clik card and call service client several times but in vain. this is really disappointing

This was the worse experience I have ever had. I never managed to activate my account, even from a local bank, let alone online. I even called The tele-assistance service which is over priced (10dh/1min) although the app says it's similar to the local call pricing. Edit: Thanks for responding, I have contacted you via email, and I'm waiting for a resolution.

I am beyond frustrated with this app. I can't log in with my password, and even the temporary passwords they send don't work. I've tried multiple times and contacted support, but nothing has been resolved. This makes the app completely unusable for me. I can't believe such a basic function is so flawed. Fix your login system!
