Just tried to buy a tablet for over an hour, once through the website and twice through the app. The first time after completing quite few steps I tried to pay but the website crashed and returned me straight to the basket. Then I tried another time and even after completing authorisation with the bank the app said the payment not authorised. last error messege appeared and wouldn't go away. I was using Samsung phone for all of the above attempts. Samsung doesn't wont my money, that's OK withme

Good experience. They need to explain marketing hype terms better (like what is "Infinity One" versus "Neo Slim"), those things mean nothing to a buyer. Also, they need to put better images of the products up. Three pictures of the front of a TV are not necessary. The rear view would be better, and a close-up of the connectors would be even better. Also, the comparison pages don't work properly when the data input person doesn't spell terms the same on each model.

The app feels like it's from the 90s very poorly designed and is extremely slow with many bugs. it's basically worse than a webpage.since it is one rendered inside an app. i don't know why they wanted to make an app out of it. By the way, the offers inside this app are garbage. You always pay more than what u would have to pay from a 3rd party vendor. it's insane that Samsung has become a brand that offers the worst experience for the worse price point. The brand Samsung currently means 🗑️

Super unreliable app. It crashes when you go to another app without closing Samsung Shop. For example viewing bank account details or going to your messaging app to copy the passcode sent by Samsung Shop - the app displays an error message. This happened to me when trying to make a purchase. When I placed the order, it crashed in 3 different ways! My phone is Galaxy A34 5G. This app has always been unreliable! If it wasn't for the app discount code, I wouldn't have used it! SAMSUNG, FIX THIS!!!

Great app for most Samsung products, with good exclusive offers. I'm leaving 4 stars because there is a huge product missing: I cannot find the Galaxy Book laptops in the app! Please add the full lineup of Galaxy Book PCs so I can shop for all my Samsung devices in one place.

I bought phone case from thm, but it broke after only 1 month due to really bad vegan leather. I tried to return it, but they didn't let me. Instead thy offered me coupon, but broken cover was useless for me. Anyway, after a while, I tried to use the coupon on their website or app, but it didn't work. Thn I called thm again, that coupon doesn't work. Thy said they're working on it. I've tried contacting thm about 10 times in a few months, but they never responded. but they didn't want to return.
