About this app
The M-PESA for Business app is the easiest way for M-PESA merchants to transact and track M-PESA collections and disbursements.
In this version, merchants will be able to:
Track business growth
· View your organisation’s Money-in and Money-out trends from a performance graph. Click to see accumulated values per day.
View full Statements
· See all transactions that were made or received in your account. Use Money-in and Money-out to filter between credits and debits.
Transact easily
· Pay Customer feature allows you to send money to pay suppliers, refunds or salaries directly to their M-PESA.
· Withdraw money allows merchants to move money collected on the till to owners’ M-PESA account, M-PESA agent or bank
· Pay Bill and Buy Goods allows merchants to pay their suppliers directly from their M-PESA till
Manage their account
· Multiple account support allows you to log in, manage and transact on multiple till numbers under the same nominated number
· Roll up allows you to push funds collected to the head office
Note:
- This application is for Safaricom Lipa Na M-PESA Business Till Businesses.
- The application will work if you are connected to Safaricom network.
- First time installation, requires mobile data on and WIFI off. You can switch back on WIFI thereafter.

Half the time the app won't let you log in. The transactions have a long lag time before showing up on the app. When making a payment from the app, it's a 50/50 chance whether the app will show you the name of the intended recipient before sending. The line graph will sometimes reflect the correct totals but most of the times it's just an arbitrary number.

The app is a great way of heloing business manage their transactions. However, it has some serious issues that needs to be addressed 1. Failure to fetch transactions ..ihave experienced a delay of 7 days without getting transaction updates. i cannot tell whether the balance is accurate or not. 2. There is no option for sorting wrong transactions. you have to dial safaricom and you will be lucky if you find an agent to talk to propmtly. 3. Failure to generate statements..

It is an excellent app! My main concern is about some transactions not appearing, many times the totals up there is increasing but there is no real time transaction messages for confirmation or audit purposes.For example, date 5th, 6th and 7th in my acc shows no transactions but the totals keep on increasing. Please make an effort to correct this. Thanks

aaah. this is too much, the app is not showing any transactions as from last week and you can't see who paid ama when you make payments you can't see the transaction. kindly re-update the app as soon as today.

The app is great.... improvement needs to be done in a real time statement.At times the transaction goes through, message delays and in the statement one cannot find the specific transaction.This affects customer service on our end... can be done.

Disappointed This month a am loosing data on the app, money gets in just fine but the records are not consistent, I will see transaction for 12 th for example, then on 13 th not a single transaction yet money was deposited. what's the hell man.
