It's been 5 years. Realme is fraud company. I ordered a phone from the realme store but accidentally paid twice. Even after raising complaints multiple times, they didn't refund the extra money. Please don't purchase their phone. Quality of their phone is not good, It lasts max 1-2 a year. Better go with other brands.

I request anyone reading my review. Please stay away from realme devices. The devices in 2025 are so poor that it's really disturbing. Realme GT 7 which costed Rs 37000 is its prime phone at present and I was shocked to see its third class camera quality. I means its front camera is very very bad. 32 MP is marketing gimmick. A 15000 phone captures better images. I repeat do not buy realme phones. I am very disappointed trusting the brand.

From today morning I am unable access my "Prime" account !! While I am able to use my realme community account. Whenever I am trying to enter they are verifying my mobile number, then the captcha check and then asking for date of birth. Strangely you cannot enter the correct date of birth as the given options refuse to enter it. This happened after yesterday's update. What is the reason ?? Hope this issue is resolved.

Bought a phone from realme store with deferred exchange for my old phone, the service is so bad there's no communication for this I'm writing mails to realme , eswap, instacash who are responsible for this but even after a week my old phone is not picked up... I'll suggest never buy realme product, worst service...I have 4 relame phones at home but the service is very disappointing.

Worst experience ever, their after sales customer support is extremely poor. Bank Holiday it's shut,but the next day they do not have a technician for mobile checking and the next day would be Sunday again shut. they expect you to take leave and visit. I have visited the store twice and they do not update on Google about their store closing days also they ask you to visit other days as if we are meant for traveling again and again I would rather buy any other. I've 3phones of realme!
