I needed to pay for gas in Puerto Rico. I figured this would be easy and it was not. I had to create a user name, password, verify my email, verify phone number, create a passcode, activate biometrics, and add credit card payment all before I could even get gas. I was in a hurry and this was a cumbersome task for then to realize I can't just fill up my tank. It requires increments of $20. I had to do 2 $20 transactions and the 2nd was cancelled somehow. Get it together!

Pleasantly surprised! Great job! I was on my way to return my rental car and needed to fill up. I was shocked to see no credit card slots at the pump, but since the price was right, I decided to download the app and process though. It was relatively intuitive (for someone in a rush) and clear security settings and prompts. Finance apps have come a long way :)

Easy to use at most locations. Usually have an easy time in both VI and PR. Love that I can get gas without having to go inside the store, leave a card or cash, come out to fill up, and back in again to pay! Skip lines! Makes driving in the islands much easier and quicker! Have never had a problem with payments. Only issue in PR, a few stations don't seem to accept it. 1 station in Luquillo - I scanned 2 pumps, 2 different times. Fail. Both times

Unresponsive. Using a Pixel 2XL and this app constantly does not allow me to scroll and does not respond to button taps. I've had to send the app multiple times to the background in order for it to go back to responding. It's as if they are not handling exceptions well or tied everything to a server which is not responding as fast as it should.

Stopped using the app since it never worked at the fuel pump sended emails/reported but nothing changed in a whole year. Don't know why they made the app, only the first time worked, after that its always temporary out of service when you scan. At toa alta P.R

The app is awesome. In Puerto Rico I only buy fuel at Puma because of the pay-at-the-pump convenience. I've never had any problems with the app. I wish I could give it 5 stars, unfortunately most of the Puma station managers have scratched lines through the QR codes (although the codes still work) and disabled the app functionality, so the app becomes useless. Please have a discussion the station managers and insist they reactivate the app functions, it's to their advantage.
