I'm uninstalling. I have a $10 credit in my balance that I cannot use. When I tried to purchase something, I was prompted to sign up for shopsmarter to actually use the $10 credit. I don't want to because shopsmarter seems suspicious. Plus I don't know why I should have to do that to use POSHMARK credit. I did not sign up. The order went though without using the $10 credit. Leaving 2 stars because at least I was allowed to cancel the order quickly. That's the only good thing about this app.

I have used this app once to make a purchase, and decided that I will finally use it to sale some things, just to find out somehow for no reason at all my account has been locked. I had to reach customers service several times for the last 6 months, just to get that information, and when I asked why was I locked out if I have only use the app once, they never responded again. Don't waste your time with this app. you're better off with Facebook marketplace.

I've been unable to log in via desktop for several days. I've tried 4 different web browsers. The Captcha on the login page is BROKEN. When I confirm I'm "not a robot," the page never completes my log in and tells me the "verification expired" even though I completed it. Please fix this or just remove the Captcha! I feel like I'm being punished for being a high volume seller who benefits from using the desktop format.

Not new user-friendly at all. I've used lots of shopping apps before, and this one is very hard to navigate. I think this app might be full of bots or something, too, because as soon as I made my account, I was flooded by random followers and notifications to the in-app inbox. I ended up deleting my account because I kept getting emails from Poshmark even after unsubscribing from them. And they make it VERY hard to do so, like they're purposely hiding the option behind the countless settings.

New fees are so sleazy. They charge both the buyer and the seller and if you are a buyer the fees are based on the total including tax and shipping. I bought a pair of $35 pants that cost me $50. So tired of getting hit with junk fees in every direction. And on top of that the product they are offering does not justify that price, poor search and filtering options. Just completed my last purchase with them and will be sticking to eBay, thredup and in person thrifting.

This app is corrupted with malware. It attacked when trying to set up tracking and it DESTROYED THE ENTIRE SHOPPING EXPERIENCEI!!!! Now the app is hidden in my phone and I can't contact their support team to tell them or track my latest purchase. I don't yet know how much has been compromised!!!!!😭I'm scared to install my Gmail because I'll have to key in my password and every key stroke could be compromised! it's sending texts and photos to my contacts! 🤬
