I recommend everyone not to purchase from the store as it's completely unreliable. They sell products at different discounts to different customers. Moreover the same product is generally available at retail shops at cheap prices. They just either try to sell new launches or inventory stocks which are generally outdated. The worst thing is they just treat customers as money ducks. They have a worst customer support base and are not reliable in case of prepaid offers. Switch to other brands.

I am a OnePlus 13 user. During the current sale, the app keeps forcing me to log in repeatedly, making the cover offer impossible to claim. I have been a loyal OnePlus customer for 8 years, yet never received any real reward for my loyalty. I expect your team to contact me immediately to resolve this, or I may have to reconsider my trust in the brand.

The app interface is good, however their delivery partners are so bad they don't do phone delivery and never buy a phone from one plus store with online payment as your payment gets stuck and you just wait and wait for phone delivery and when you ask in the delivery warehouse they are rude and don't provide any information and make fake delivery attempts and eventually return the order after 15 days and it takes time to get your refund. their delivery partners are scammers specially bluedart.

OnePlus service center experience was extremely disappointing. I went with my OnePlus 7T having the green/pink line display problem, which is a well-known defect covered under lifetime display warranty. The technician was rude, unprofessional, and gave careless answers instead of providing a proper solution. They wasted my time and clearly showed no interest in helping. Such poor customer service from a trusted brand is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this center

one plus customer support team is support only telephonically nothing more than that. Their phone having screen issues but they deal only blue line.. I was using one plus nord CE 4 from last one year and it is 2 time issue first time they clear but now 2nd time they are unable to pick up after 10 day of request . So I suggest to all think twice if you people going to buy one plus I have assumption that they will not repair my phone. thank you...

I have been using 1 Plus 10 Pro for the last 3 years. As compared to the price, the phone is quite slow and the camera is not that worthwhile and the main thing is that I got a big green line in the middle of the screen now. Basically not going to buy oneplus again.
