Lost all of my locked images. 90+ photos gone! My gallery just shows the image data (number and date) and a default photo icon for each one. I've had it for me years and I hadn't used it in a while and everything has just vanished. I tried the recovery and it said there was nothing to recover. I would NOT recommend this app. Use your phone's built in secured folder option instead.

It has bulk import, and can also lock other apps, it has good organization out of the box, and a disguise mode. There are some rough spots, like Android constantly saying the app is crashing, and when importing folders other folders look like they are selected as well (they weren't and aren't, but they have been marked as they were) but still, best of the 5 apps of this type I tried.

All the bad reviews are true. They created an app that permanently locks all of your files for free and then tell you that data recovery is a premium feature, even though it's the first option in the settings of the free version. Unlocking files the way it was "intended" does not send them back to your main gallery and takes them off the app gallery. They enter a second hidden folder where they are still useless. Customer service could not fix the problem let alone understand it half the time.

Why am I not able to log in to the app? It's showing no Internet connection despite having high-speed Internet. I have been using this app for a long time. Previously, I opened it using a PIN, but now it requires an email and password. I have a lot of data in it. Please resolve the issue.

my app crashed 8 hid some photos but now not opening, when I tried to install it again images are not shown i lost all the photos , how to unencrypt them
