The app allows customers to manage their bank accounts—make payments, money transfers, check balance, change card PINs, and perform various other tasks.
New customers are required to visit their nearest branch to open their bank accounts. Once enrolled, you can use the application to access the services.
Key Features:
• Manage financial transactions, send and receive money with UPI.
• Pay bills, recharge mobile and DTH services & set up AutoPay for repeat payments.
• Update profile details, request statements and manage cards on-the-go.
• Invest & redeem mutual funds while you keep track of your investments.
• Apply for a credit card, keep track of your spending, and pay bills.
• Manage card settings including PIN regeneration and temporary blocking.
• Payday loans are available for eligible users directly through the app.
Getting Started: To start using the app, you need your Customer Relationship Number (CRN) and either a card PIN or your net banking password. The app will guide you through a one-time setup process.

I want to login on a phone which does not have the registered mobile number. As per the resources, it does allow to login but you need the other phone which has the registered number handy to do the authentication process. However I don't see the option on the app to select "No, don't have registered number." There is only one option "Yes, send secure SMS now".

I really appreciate the app. I really do. But there are bugs. One big bug is I get notifications to increase my credit card limit, but when I try to apply all I see is Java exceptions for session expiry. And when I go to check again it says I have already applied but it isn't and promps the increase limit notification again after a few days. It's frustrating.

Hi All good so far but it just lags a bit at least by 2 seconds before opening. Also if we can have an option to add nick names to the applicants in IPO Asba section then it will be really helpful to identify which depositary we want to apply from. Currently it only shows the Account no. which can be confusing if one has multiple depositary accounts.

Not sure if you are making us move to the newer 811 app? but I have been a regular user of the "Kotak Bank - OLD" application which used to work well until a few months back. Very recently it does not seem to launch fine and also doesn't detect the network for connectivity.. This is very annoying as what's the point of having money in an application that does not work well and in times of need! please rectify this ASAP!

Worst Bank ever. The application is useless and the Customer Service is absolute garbage. I did not know that I was signing up with the worst bank in the world while applying but now that I know, I would not recommended anyone to choose Kotak. Infact I request you to not even consider Kotak. You have many other options. Please go for other banks and try to erase Kotak bank from your Memory. Choosing Kotak for you financial services is the worst mistake you can ever make. Thats all I have to say
