Great newspaper, but the app is unusable. I scroll through the list of news stories. I click on an article to open it and read it. I then click the back arrow (top left), and instead of taking me back to where I was in the list of stories, it scrolls me back to the start of the list. This repeats every time I read an article. Very, very irritating. It's a pity as it is such a good newspaper otherwise.

Far too many 'opinion' articles and adverts disguised as news stories. There's more marketing and propaganda than news.

I've stopped buying the Mirror every day (to reduce the amount of paper lying around the house), and now only buy it occasionally, and catch up with the online content, to keep up to date with what's happening. I'm planning to take out, during the next couple of days, a monthly subscription to the online Mirror.

I used to read daily Mail because I like how the app works but since they paywalled everything I'm giving this a go.

This app has always been terrible. It always crashes for no reason at all. I've never been able to write comments as it fails to log me in. They have updated the layout and the app multiple times, and they still can not fix the random crashing. When I saw the latest version, I thought let's give this one more shot and to noones surprise, it crashes, if anything it's worse now, I can only browse for about 8 minutes before a crash. Google, please remove this app. It's not fit for purpose.

This app has really gone downhill! Who ever writes the stories needs a lesson in English or just to be told to check their work before its published. Also, it takes a long time to reload and once it has and your in the middle of reading an article it decides to load back to the previous stories. The app changes every time you Swipe down. Very disappointed in a good app that I've used for many years.
