Mi Store is Xiaomi’s official Android app to help you shop on-the-move, It offers a fast and intuitive interface to search, browse and purchase all Mi products, including phones, tablets and accessories, register for flash sales, pay securely using multiple payment options and track order delivery status. With this app, we'll ensure you have first dibs on all our new product launches and our special discount offers.
You can pay using all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. We also support Net banking, with over 40 leading banks integrated into our payment system. With the Cash-on-Delivery option, you can choose to pay using cash during product delivery instead of making an online payment in advance. We also offer a flexible EMI option with leading banks.

The user interface could really do with some polish as it looks a little outdated and can be a little slow/laggy at times,however it's very easy to use and gets the job done. It's pretty easy to navigate around and find what you want and having a points loyalty system is great as any savings are always appreciated.

Very poor app. I keep getting money off offers at a good price plus an extra 10% off on the deal of the day. When it's something I want to buy, I click to buy and the price increases, then it takes off the Extra 10% from the increased price leaving it at the same price with no extra 10% off. When using the feedback to explain the problem...I get the message " Network currently unavailable try again later". Yet I'm able to browse the site and any other sites. I can Use email, telephone, etc.

Bought a 43" TV from the MI Store app with promised Dolby Stereo and DTS surround sound, but received a unit with damaged speakers. Tried contacting customer care, MI Store support and even the technician — no response at all. Such poor after-sales service for an expensive product is unacceptable. MI must take responsibility and resolve this immediately. Request others to be careful before trusting MI products or offers shown in the app.

The website is absolutely rubbish and this app is not better in the uk. The pages are slow at loading and the navigation is all over the place. You would think for a massive corporation you would be able to get simple navigation and the UX right.

I've used multiple mi phone from last 8 year but now I don't like their delevery service. I ordered phone but delevery agent not delivered and asking to come and collect some.other locations and when I denied they mentioned wrong address and he is scolding me u can do what ever u want I've registered complaint through mi chat but no resolution finally I'm going to cancel my older and decided in future will never ordered any thing from mi
