Edit 10/14/25: I've been playing for about a month and I'm really enjoying it! I love how there is an option to pay for certain items (say gems) but you aren't expected to and it doesn't throw it in your face. I would still love if some of the machines would load a little faster and that some recipes didn't take so long to learn; or you could learn multiple recipes in one go. And I would LOVE to be able to make me own little character Otherwise it's cute, fun and I LOVE the stories!!

This is a fun game, and I've been playing for years, but I only give it 4 stars because 1. The rewards for completing tasks are not great. Like most games, if you want good prizes, they want you to spend real money. 2. There's constantly a festival going on one right after the other so if you don't want to lose your rank, you have to play constantly every day. Give us a break! Lol.. maybe a week in between festivals or at least a few days. Idk maybe that's just me. Overall fun/cute game though.

Since the update, my game doesn't always load. I am on level 32 and new equipment is soooo expensive... plus the more it costs, the longer it takes to make the item. I have been playing this game for several years and really wish that there would be an update where the prices are cheaper and it doesnt take as long to fill orders. Especially when Diego is in town.

This game has lots of potential, but as many reviewers have stated, it's almost impossible to level up at a pace that keeps gameplay enjoyable. The developer just gives a generic comment on each review, but it's clear they care more about making quick money than keeping non-paying customers engaged. The most ridiculous thing is the price of new slots in the spice box. I can't make simple drinks because I don't have enough slots. What's the solution?! Buy diamonds. Forcing my hand is bad business

The special orders don't really pay off for all you have to go through and pay to get and place spices. Seems like a waste to me. I've only been playing for like a week though and I'm addicted. Since may 28 update cannot stay connected to the game. I'm not the only one experiencing these problems. Help! Feedback! Update! ETA! Something!?

I love this game!! But here lately, when I try to get into it, multiple times a day, it's saying that it's under maintenance or not loading right? And when I do finally get into it, I can't check my messages because if I open them, it automatically freezes up, and I can't get my rewards for completing a task in the festival because it keeps loading saying it's processing the request and then it freezes up?? I don't understand what's going on?? Please fix or I'll have to stop playing 😞
