always inconveniences, whether it's unable to open positions, telling you that you don't have enough for a trade when you actually have 10x the money, the most incompetent support staff that know absolutely nothing about the platform, it doesn't return your money when you cancel a withdrawal, takes your deposit money from your bank account but doesn't reflect it in your trading account. it's really a terrible experience. 0 stars

the app was one of the best. with the last couple of updates and upgrades made the app slower and slower. barely operational.

The new version of the mobile app is worse than the older one. For one now you can only open new positions in the "Home" tab, and also only there you can see the charts which in my opinion is a major downgrade from the previous version. Another annoying thing is the time it takes to load the information the Home tab, Watchlist (even with 6 stocks on the watchlist). Sorry but this new version (20.48) is just worse overall that the previous one. At the very least bring back the chart on the open postions and option to open new positions from other tabs as well. Thank you!

I had a nasty experience when a crypto trade was activated without my knowledge recently and five positions were opened all within a short period resulting in more than R1000 loss from my capital and no reimbursement.

The new update is horrible. There are no charts for the opened positions. If you want to see the chart you have to search for the stock individually. There are new commissions that they weren't there before. Every time I open a new position I am charged a percentage of the total investment. As soon as I am on profit I will close all my positions and use another platform. Don't use this app if you want to day trade
