Soulless, greedy people run this game. It's a gacha game; what do you expect? High potential fun in the early game, but bad late game that feels like a second job. If they actually listened to the problems of this game, it would revive. It's very pay-to-win. I mean, Raid Shadow Legends is more free-to-play now, and that's saying something. At least give free copies of heroes you can choose here and there, so it doesn't feel so grindy. Cool-looking characters, though!

I want to love this game as much as I did when I first downloaded it in the 2010s. I recently returned after not playing for a while, and it started me fresh and made me complete the tutorial before I could recover my original game. The game is surprisingly slow now. The game loads slowly and frequently freezes on loading screens, and afaik the only fix for this is restarting the game. I'd rate it much higher if I didn't spend more time waiting on it to load than actually playing the game.

I'm a f2p with years under my belt. as far as this game goes it's well especially if your busy and just let it run over time and gain experience. they give you info buttons so you understand how it works. but one complaint I have is the draws. lately I've had little to no elite pull and just commons and rares. it's been very frustrating trying to get cards. and feel like a waste of time and resources now going later to endgame. you can get resources during events temporal rifts campaign n quests

This will be the third time I redownloaded the game only to be locked out of my account. I've restarted from the beginning, 3 separate times and have not been able to consistently log back into my account, I've had to have my phone replaced, download all my apps, log back into Google play which should be able to keep track, and even under the manual login system this game had, doesn't let me log back in. It's so barebones that I have 2 profiles, full of time and devotion and progress, lost

Completely annoyed I was enticed back into the game by 1000 summons only to find out the changed the game entirely and made it so you gotta start over. never mind the money I and anyone else spend to progress on what's now the classic server. this is ridiculous. on top of that the games so annoying when trying to log in. it took signing in twice with Google to get my account to come up and it's still directing me around on a level 137 account like I just opened the game. Don't waste your time

This game has changed so much over the years and is unkind to F2P folks. Too many heroes or useless ones are released back to back to back, trying to entice you to buy items with real money. As all these new ones become the new Meta, you'll get stuck. I made it to Chapter 42, been stuck there for a few months, and now I'm over it, sadly, again, as so are many of my guild mates as well. Unless you dump a bunch of money into the game, the progression is fairly non-existent.
