- App keeps stopping and reloading - Can't get the chat to work - click the button and nothing happens. - I keep getting a pop up asking me to add a nickname to each of my numbers, when I do I just get a message saying "Oops. An error occurred, please retry". - I tried to delink an old number and get an error message "too many attempts, try later" I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app - makes no difference. I don't have issues with any other apps so don't think the problem is with my phone.

Buy a sim without credit & you'll struggle to get the SIM activated - it seems the only way to do that is by recieving an SMS to your lebara number, except you can't receive txt messages without credit! Absolute waste of time going round in circles and eventually gave up in sheer frustration. You can't text the number to get credit either of course... apparently, you can call a rubbish customer service line with clueless staff, or you can go into a Lebara shop but you've already lost me, bye

The worst app in the history of the world. I keep getting emails saying they can't take a payment and to go into Settings to fix this. THERE IS NO SETTINGS IN EITHER APP NOR WEB VERSION. To make matters worse I keep having to change my password when it doesn't remember my latest change. I have managed to find where my methods of payments are saved and I've ensured all is ok with my debit card. Still I get told to go to Settings. Why don't they care about his awful this is?

Top Class Product -The Best I have been with Lebara for several years and have found their wifi to be very stable and excellent value. I have used it when I have been abroad in Europe and was the only person in my group with reliable data and calls all included as part of my existing contract. No hassle just the service you want and need.

I’m facing a persistent issue with the Lebara app — it doesn’t let me log in even though I’m entering the correct credentials. What’s frustrating is that the same login details work perfectly on the website without any problems. I've double-checked everything multiple times, but the app keeps showing an error. Please fix this issue soon — it’s inconvenient not being able to manage my account through the app.

I have never been so disappointed with a service. On July 4–5 and August 5–6, Lebara charged my card twice. Although I was refunded, my phone was disconnected even though I had paid. I contacted support three times, but my phone stayed off for 3½ weeks. For over a week, I called 2323 up to 10 times daily—always busy, then disconnected. I missed important business calls, lost money, and no supervisor ever called back. I do not recommend Lebara, especially for business users.
