I ordered few items from the website and one of the footwear item was at a good discount. When I checked next day I see that item was cancelled from my order. But the item is still available online at a higher price. This is quite a bad practice. They didn't want to sell the item at quoted price so they simply cancel the item. Quite unreliable.

How i wish there is a 0 star rating. The moment you put an item on the cart, it was mentioned to be delivered by next day, after you paid for the full amount, the delivery date changed. First, some people ordered from online stores because it was supposed to be convenient for us, and for sure regarding the day of delivery. What is your solution if your customer is going to travel after 2 to 3 days, from the day they made the order? You will recommend to cancel the order? Unacceptable, unreliable

Worst support experience on Centerpoint chat. I asked about a product that clearly shows available online and wanted to know in which store I could see it before buying. Instead of giving me a proper answer, they just sent a list of all store locations. Finally, they even said the product is not available, which makes no sense since the app shows it is. Very unhelpful and disappointing support.

Terrible app. The order status doesn't get updated to deliver for days so I was unable to initiate the return. The customer care was not at all helpful. Instead of updating the status she kept asking me to tell her items I want to return or go to the store. Never order online again

Two days ago, I initiated a return request for my order and I had selected the refund to be processed to my original mode of payment i.e., my card. However, upon following up, I noticed that the refund for one of the items has been credited to my Shukran wallet, which is not acceptable. Moreover, there is no update regarding the refund for the second item. It is completely unacceptable to change the refund method without my consent.

Never order to this app you will have big issue to return your item their logistiq courier delivery guy named Imran md siddique saying when is the date to pick the return item but just lying, . careful they will mention in the app the item is returned but the item still with me. even the customer service big liar and no refund at all. they just let u to wait 48hrs but until now nothing!
