I enjoy the investing, using the property agents, and being a local leader in rankings. I like the business sort of games and this one has kept my attention for years. Edit: This new version? Takes a LONG time to load. When it's finally loaded? It still has more to load!! Every single time the game loads it has two separate loads to get the full game ready to play. This is the slowest game load I've ever seen in all my years gaming on mobile.

It's a fun game, I love most of the game. You can play it for free and there's nothing stopping you from expanding your empire except for players who ghosted the game and now own property that will never get sold! Wish there was an AFK feature to auto sell their properties. There's a feature to get coins for doing surveys however if the survey isn't filled out in a way they want you only get 3 coins instead of 300!

I find this game to be an interesting time waster. But it has good layout and controls, simplifies the process. I just wish it was clearer how to add properties to the list of buyable. I really enjoy the concept, but now the waiting is difficult, and the ad survey functions has had so many errors that it's almost stealing from me: I do a 15 minute survey for coins, then the coins don't come through, and it was all for nothing. The exception management on this game definitely needs improved.

Love the game, good time killer, in a way it has made me discover some of the locations around me that I wasn't even aware of in the first place. The only thing that bothers me is after you have purchased a property, you have to be near it to buy more shares, at least from what I can see, you cannot just select it from the list of properties you own shares in to buy more shares. So if I am out somewhere further away than normal and purchase a property I would have to go back to that location if I wanted more shares of that property, or for instance if I bought something on the marketplace in some far off country that I may never visit, I would have to travel there to buy more shares of that property. I had purchased .1 percent of a property in a country in the middle East from the marketplace, thinking as long as I got even a small portion I could get more shares over time, but I couldn't find a way to, maybe I'm missing something though. Otherwise great game!

Fun game. Interested in real estate, so this is very interesting. High level players seem to help regularly and I see it consistently on the marketplace. Wish there were more guides for the game, as far as what to do. But like other similar games, the idea is to build the biggest net worth, and you have to figure that out yourself, otherwise, what's the point. I do really like being able to see my local area, and I'm able to "buy" local businesses and lands. Very fun.

I really like the immersive experience of being a landlord in the real world, owning and selling properties. The game mechanics, such as rent, valuations, and seperate costs, really sets the point and puts you in a position where you are always striving to be the best landlord out there. The lengthy process of this game adds more realism, and I personally don't see a problem with that. It really adds more excitement between buying the next profitable propertie. Overall great game, i'd recommend.
