This app is wonderful for keeping an eye on your account, your balances, buying more balance or packages. Unfortunately, if you are using a VPN, you have to deactivate it before using the app. If not, you get an error saying that they can’t send you a pin to give you access to your account. Once you shut down the VPN until you’re finished with the app, you can have access with no problems. It would be nice if the App could work while you were using a VPN however.

i am SO ANGRY at Tigo. the APP is just a circke of menus. i want 115q paquete of 30 days service. but all they show are roaming packages twice the price. tried to get help 3 times. maybe time for CLARO!!!

I know that some people are having trouble with the app, I'd just updated the app and it works perfectly fine, it depends on your data single or were your are, just give it some time to load up.

Horrible app. Horrible company. They don't send me bills for my home internet and cable service but they will turn us off with no warning and I will have to pay extra to get the service turned on again.

App was working when I first installed it. But now it doesn't allow me to log in, don't know why. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, but no luck. Sadly will have to delete.
