This app never works with automatic payment. It typically results in the company cutting off my service because they don't know how to pay themselves or charge the cards on file. I end up having to pay manually as a result which defeats the purpose of automatic payment and adding my cards into the application. Ironically, I'm paying with the same cards in person. Thus the problem is not the card, it's the company and app.

Defective app, you constantly have to be refreshing it, closing and troubleshooting it. Sometimes is not loading and is unclear whether it's your Wi-Fi or Data, or your information, unlike other apps, this one randomly fails and it's awful. Disappointing From a company that sells technology.

the app works without mobile data available, but when you want to top up and pay for the mobile package, the app doesn't open its own browser to allow you to pay via internet. it makes no sense! its competitor's app allows you to fully top up without having mobile data!

Absolutely the worst service. I am unable to play even a simple game using a prepaid Sim card for my mobile phone. There's too many interruptions due to very slow data. Calls are dropped repeatedly. I definitely don't understand the positive reviews because this is not my experience with Tigo at all. I do not recommend this service in the slightest.

Has no English language option, there are thousands of English-speaking tourists visiting Colombia and getting Tigo SIM cards and they are unable to use this app adequately. At a minimum it should be easier to use Google Translate in coordination with the app but it is not.

It doesn't work. It said to type in the code they sent. So I did , over and over. It wouldn't accept the code.. That's the code it sent... but it won't accept its OWN code. Garbage.
