The new early pay system feels like a scam designed to trick people into paying their early fees. Every time I clocked out so far I have gotten a prompt asking me if I want my pay now for a small fee of £4. It is designed such that the 'yes, I want my pay now' button is more colourful than the no button, and I fear that even if there is a 'are you sure' prompt, the yes for that will be shiny, and humans prefer pressing shiny buttons. I wonder how many people got scammed by this change?

pretty horrendous app doesn't let you clock in just let's you search for jobs, I've started work and It says I haven't would give it 0 stars but no option for that.

I don't think this place exist I've called back to back to back for hours and emailed them I've got no response , it said I needed to verify my email like all apps so I went to my email hit verify then it sent me to the app which immediately said we're having trouble

This app is terrible, it doesn't even work. This app will make you fill out 200 questions while constantly glitching out. It will ask you about every insignificant detail just to waste your time. Everything that is (optional) is NOT optional and you'll need to fill it out. Have fun uploading blank pictures where your non existing driving licence is just to please the app. When you're finally done, you can apply for a job, EXCEPT YOU CAN'T because it will spit out a "something went wrong" error

this app is a 10 the only broblem ,it has is that it should return to the older version where you can edit the clocking most of us we have kids and family to care most times we don't remember clocking in and out
