Day to day the app become worst. it is very slow when compared to other network the commission for retailers are very low. previously the commission is 4%, After it decreased to 2.5%, at present it is 2%. we are not able to do recharges with that commission. please make the commission increase and performance of the app to be changed as earlier for quick recharges.

The app used to be good. When I started using it, it offered 4% commission, but now it has decreased to just 2%. The biggest issue is that recharge takes too long — the loading icon keeps spinning and it wastes time. I hope the developers fix these issues soon.

Jio POS Lite is a very good app for recharging but many times when you enter the number while recharging, the loading takes a very long time If you try to restart it, the same problem still persists and you have to restart it two to three times.Or you have to put the mobile in airplane mode, then it responds slowly but it still gets recharged But the 4% commission The claim in the beginning has not been received yet, it is running at 2.5% only It is a good app for recharging Jio numbers. as per

I have been using this app for some years, later i had to port my number to Airtel, suddenly I lost access to the account, after a few months ported back to Jio to use the account again, I lost access to the account and lost around 2k in the wallet. Tried reaching customer care, email..no resolution as of now...jio slowly becoming greedy.

Bug Description: When I enter a number to recharge in the app, the loading screen keeps spinning and does not proceed. Actual Result: The app keeps loading and does not move forward. Workaround: If I turn on and off flight mode, the loading resolves and the app works as expected. Expected Result: After entering the recharge number and proceeding, the app should quickly load the next step without needing to toggle flight mode. I was trying it more than 3 mobiles Dear team please fix this bug

The commission has decreased to 2%. Two or three years ago it was 4% and now we can’t add smaller amounts, it requires at least ₹500, no more ₹200. If it drops further to 1% or 0.5%, then it’s better to uninstall and port the SIM to a different company that offers 4% or 5% commission.
