horrible experience! I'm waiting for a refund of 300 rs for past 1.5 months!! better buy from Amazon or other partners! never buy from them directly!! I placed order for 3 items, only 1 got delivered, not sure what happened to my money for other 2. 3rd item was completely different, and I returned it. still waiting for the 300 rs refund for that. their customer support is horrible! I REPEAT NEVER BUY FROM THEM DIRECTLY

The service is absolutely terrible. They take the order, but it never gets delivered. If you can't deliver the orders, then why do you even accept them? I would never recommend them to anyone. You are constantly bombarded with notifications and their ads pop up every time you open your phone or try to do anything on it. If someone mistakenly trusts them after seeing an ad and places an order, it just sits in pending for 15 days. After that, they ask you to re-order. Terrible service

Delivery of products is very very poor. My product needs to be delivered by 11th of this month. Till date no delivery. Customer service is very very poor. Each and every time when I tried to contact Clovia, the reply was that I will be contacted by the customer service executive within 24 hours. Until now no phone call has been received. The main fact is that they dont give the option of order cancellation. If there is option of giving minus stars, I would definitely rate as negative.

Worst online app ever! I ordered 3 items, paid for them, but only one showed up in my order list. I thought it was out of stock, but there was no notification. I still haven't received that one item. When I ordered another 3 items, they disappeared from my list again. This seems like spammy behavior. My friend had the same issue. I'm extremely dissatisfied and would advise against using this app.

Their customer service and the app updates are too bad. I had ordered 4 products last week of August. Exchanged 3 of the products due to size issues. Got 2 of them delivered but the remaining one was never delivered. The app shows its processing and the customer care replies they have cancelled. But I never got the product nor did I get the refund.

Worst experience ever !! ❌ Girls never even order from this website !! It's a huge scam. Their courier service is very bad !!! They don't deliver on time, they delay so much and then cancel the orders... Coming to the fraud that happened to me, I received a call from them saying I need to cancel the current order and reorder the same again, they will say the transaction is invalid and will ask to pay more, so that they will refund the whole amount at once, they finally scammed an amount of 80000
