The promised rewards for completing missions don't always align with what you actually earn. Ex: for hard mode on level 27, I was promised 8900 currency for each star earned. I finished the level, gaining all three stars, and my total for the mission was 11812 currency. Of course, I was invited to double the amount by watching an ad. Be a better person, dear game developer. We all die some day, and those few extra dollars of ad revenue aren't worth the cost to your character.

Came back after a long time away... And was very surprised to find that all my progress had been lost! All my upgrades, cores, drones, etc. were gone and I was back to starting level in everything! Considering deleting the game now and not coming back if I have to start everything all over. Leaving the review at two stars because I enjoyed playing before.. But what happened, Onesoft?

I went to buy one of the monthly packages and had it attributed to my account, to find it missing from the game after leaving the game and coming back in. I go looking for help to find a Facebook page that hasn't been recently updated and I'm starting to feel that no one really supports or updates this game. Heck the name has even changed over the years....what are you hiding? Nonetheless, Google wouldn't refund the $100 purchase. I need the game owner to take responsibility and refund my $$.

Emailed the developer stating some issues I'm currently having with the game. Haven't received any contact back. I paid for in game extras and didn't receive them, but they took my money, and when I use the Double Gold power up, it takes it out of my stock, but doesn't award double gold. This is a new issue, if anyone else is expierencing this, I feel your pain. Planning to remove this review as soon as I'm contacted back with a solution or a refund. Overall this is a great game, there's just a few bugs that need to be worked out.

After achieving many unlocks and purchasing several ships. The game completely reset me back to the beginning. I've lost my entire account. And I don't know why. 5 days later and no response. I had spent $50 on upgrades. I have nothing to show for it. My account still is not fixed. Hello!!!!! is there anyone listening? refund or fix I dont care which. Do something!!!!!!!!!!

It's a "pay to win" game, for sure. In fact, the top enhancements are only obtained by using VIP points, which can only be bought. Another downside is a lack of communication from the game developers and/or customer support. If (as in my case) you have found a glitch or bug, you can report it, but I assure you there will be no responses for anyone. Infinity Shooting game's policy: If the money's there, we don't care.
