My phone is hostage to this ridiculous invading app. When I unlock my phone poof it opens up and I have to fight to close the darn thing, nobody should be forced to endure such a unnecessary constant negative experience with a useless app forced on your phone with no delete option. I'm certain I'm not alone a class action suit to stop this app may be the correct route..

I hate this app, I also hate the fact that i can't delete it from my phone, I can't open my phone without this dam stupid app opening up, not to mention it eats up my data in the back round, I should be able to decide when I want this app to open, which would be never, my rating is -5 stars

I'm not in favour of apps that automatically start they are another inconvenience of pushing another button to get to your home screen therefore I will delete it

This app should be allowed to be uninstalled. Worthless unless you want to spend your day reading no preference news. My guess is Best buy is in agreement with the app developers. I bought this phone from Best buy and do not expect third party apps to be pre installed from different vendors or from Google NOTE I did find process for disabling this app - sweep up or find list, not from Google play store of installed apps, long press on app icon, press on I button, select disable.
