Horrible customer service!! I had place 2 orders. The second one I placed was showing movement in tracking. The first one had no movement at all so I figured it has been lost. Tried getting a hold of customer service but it's an automated response so it did nothing. The most awful experience I have ever had with ordering online. Please stay clear of this app! There is no one to assist you when you need it!

SCAM! They offer free items for the new users as long as you purchase atleast one. So i decided to pick as well as for the free item. I paid it via gcash and waited too long for them to process the items. When I checked the status of my order after weeks of waiting, only to find out that they changed the free item without informing me first. What a waste! Very disappointing 👎👎👎

The shipping process and overall delivery communication is terrible. I placed an order weeks ago and still have no idea when it's arriving. I totally understand everything is delayed but at least give adequate updates. Right now the tracking info just says where it's heading in the U.S not when I can expect it to arrive to me. Very frustrating, time to invest in a more updated tracking and communication mechanism

It was one of my favorite apps for shopping for the last 3 years, but now the quality is bad! They are removing all the items with high quality fabric, the tripled the prices for Jordan and they charged me for free gift that I won from the luck wheel 15 us dollars! And taking to the costumes service is useless, they knkw nothing

Iam trying to get coupon for free shipping but looks like fake advertisement of coupon zone. Minutes before start of time iam trying to collect and exactly at time its shows all collected. Sending them mails via proof of video still same problem. Trying since 1 n half month. If you advertising atleast give some. Rather then showing fake advertisement. Really disappointed ☹️
