I always got disconnected, especially during interserver gameplay, please optimize the game when a poor internet connection occur. Also there's a lot of gameplay, very time consuming. I love the graphics, the set up, the effects of the weapons and gears. But I find it hard to identify my character during a multiplayer game mode. But hope you improve the game during poor connectivity, I always missed out the rewards. :(

please make some update, and fix your inter server for that i can enjoy for playing if still got Request Timed Out. and when i recharge gems still not get it

I notice the game has many maintenance and error in logging in, this problem start last month and still happening now. I just hope that you can fix this, there are many maintenance yet the problem is still re-occuring and the compensation is just unreasonable with the glory and events we didn't do because of the error in logging in and we only get low amount of compensation, this is just unfair.

My experience of this game is great.But i have some friends that had terrible experience of this game. I have a friend from my same server that lost his character. that it suddenly disappeared. Its such a lost since he alr recharged a lot in the game and spent so much. he told me he tried asking help from the game and was sent an email containg list of info to be filled(which he did) yet after submitting it he was sent the same list again.

Hi i top up a life card amounting 850 but it did not push through!!! It was deducted on my debit card still. Here are my account details, i would like to file a dispute. PS: its been a month and i did not get any help from support. Such a waste of time. I recommend not playing this game. Such a waste of time, money and effort. The support doesn't even have other ways to verify uou account even if you were able to provide the transaction details. NONSENSE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!

I wish this was a PC game. I feel anxious tapping onto a screen, not knowing if i summoned something or attack something. I'd definitely pay monthly if there weren't as many lag but lag is unavoidable. Community is friendly and fun! Overall a solid game, i feel a little immersed after the story sent me to the past to stay alongside warriors of the future. Loved it very much. I'll miss this game.
