In theory a good idea. In practice, the system makes it nearly impossible to buy tickets as gifts and sending them to someone else. Selling a ticket after purch becomes an ordeal. The in-app market automatically subtracts an administrative fee for the transaction and gives no possibility to lower the price (if you need to get rid of the ticket fast). In short, should only be used if you are really, really sure, that you will attend the event - otherwise opt for buying your ticket at the door.

Good idea for the sellers of tickets but totally useless for visitors. It is impossible to go together to an event. If you need to share tickets they all need to create accounts and share their data and be physically together. If you bought tickets for colleagues and want to share them that's simply not possible. Also if somebody cannot join and you want to sell a ticket, they add additional margin for selling the ticket without added value like a marketplace (like ticketswap).

Thanks to the GET protocol used behind the scenes it's basically impossible for scammers to operate. Tickets can be resold, but not for a higher price. When selling your ticket it'll be the first one to be sold. There is no thing as a 2nd hand ticket anymore, the buyer doesn't know if it's a resold ticket, he just gets an official ticket from the guts app itself. Since a while you're also able to share your ticket with someone else, was just in time for me to gift a ticket to my little brother!

Easy to use. I bought 3 tickets for my friends and invited everyone through the app. One friend didn't pay me back. Because I'm petty like that, I sold his ticket right in the app before the event. It worked like a refund and the money showed up in my account (minus a 5% fee, which I think is acceptable) a few days later.

the worst app/service possible for customers. since you dont get a pdf tickets are a nightmare to share and impossible to sell. they want to keep the tickets within their system and in theory you can sell them within guts but its so complicated to get there and since most people dont know about it the customers end up losing a ton of money in not sold tickets. they try to make it as its a nice thing they are doing but they only want to keep everything within the app so they can win again with the re-selling fees. Oh yeah and through the app you cant get to the ticketmarket. you have to go to their website. What a useless service.

I really did like the experience with this app and ideas of the tickets becoming NFT and at first with my first concert of a live stream went totally buggy but then later after the event was rescheduled for another stream I finally got to see the event missing first time & thought I'd never see what I paid for. Anyway everything worked out great . Well then I claimed my NFT and from there lost not knowing how crypto NFT worked and not sure if I did it right . It's in a case no visual of it ?
